Clyde "Bud" Clemens

August 23rd, 1946 – January 9th, 2017

Clyde M. "Bud" Clemens, age 70 of Ipava, IL, passed away at 1:05 pm on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Heartland Healthcare Center in Galesburg, IL. He was born on August 23, 1946 in Ipava, the son of Maurice and Edith (Worley) Clemens.

Clyde served in the US Army from 1966 to 1969 with a rank of SP5 (T).

He retired from the United Parcel Service where he was a delivery driver.

Clyde attended Memphis State University.

Clyde is survived by his son Wesley Clemens of Memphis, TN, 2 grandchildren, his sister Connie (and Paul) Ford of Counce, TN, and his brother Jerry (and LuElla) Sears of Seneca, IL.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service will held at 2 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Ipava Cemetery in Ipava, IL. Pastor Kevin Kessler will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA.
