Ina M. Willis

November 18th, 1933 – November 28th, 2020

Ina Mae Willis, age 87 of Table Grove, IL, passed away at 12:25 pm Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Wesley Village in Macomb, IL. She was born on November 18, 1933 in Rushville, the daughter of Charles and Louise (Dosier) Davis. On January 20, 1962, Ina married Wilmer Willis in Rushville. He preceded her in death on June 15, 2014.

Ina was also preceded in death by her son Richard Davis and two sisters, Betty Freeman and Linda Thomas.

Surviving are her daughter, Kristina (and Danny) White of Smithfield, IL, three sons; Frank (and Lori) Willis of Huntsville, AL, Reggie Willis of Oak Run, IL, and Steve (and Barbara) Willis of St. Charles, MO, seven grandchildren; Kate (and Al) Fasset, Heather Davis, Emma (and Mark) Plotts, Sara White, Matthew Alwood, Isaac (and Andi) Willis, and Kyle Davis, five great-grandchildren; Xane Willis, Ray Fausset, Breckyn Walker, Allie Mae Plotts, and Braelyn Hayes, two brothers, Gene Davis of Rushville, IL and Stanley (and Judy) Davis of Decatur, IL, and one brother-in-law, Gary Thomas of Rushville, IL.

Ina was an LPN, working at the Prairie View Care Center in Princeton, IL and later The Care Center of Abingdon in Abingdon, IL. She attended the Smithfield Church of the Nazarene and later the Table Grove Community Church. She was a member of the Table Grove American Legion Auxiliary.

She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, making quilts, cooking and baking. She never missed her grandchildren's games and activities. Wilmer and Ina loved traveling, especially their Sunday afternoon drives.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 4th at 2:00 pm in the Harris Cemetery in Table Grove. Masks are required and social distancing recommended. Pastor Tim Lindsey will officiate. Memorials may be made in Ina's memory to the Wesley Village or the McDonough District Hospice.
