Timothy L. Graham

November 24th, 1948 – February 7th, 2021

Timothy Lyle "Tim" Graham, age 72 of Astoria, Illinois, passed away at 10:46 pm Sunday, February 7, 2021 at OSF Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. He was born on November 24, 1948 in Fulton County, Illinois to Harry Richard "Red" and Mary Lou (Stockham) Graham. He married Donna Sue Derry on December 17, 1966 in Astoria, Illinois. She preceded him in death on May 14, 2009.

Tim was also preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Randy Graham and Gary (and Ruth) Graham.

Tim retired from Navistar International. He also owned and operated Graham's Sports Unlimited, the Pirate Arcade and Mini-golf, Graham Brothers Storage and the Mom and Pop Shop, all in Astoria.

He was a member of the United Auto Workers. He enjoyed coaching and playing softball throughout his lifetime. He also organized many softball tournaments over the years. He loved to watch his children and grandkids play sports. He also enjoyed an occasional coon hunt with his brother Rick and taught gun safety to youth in the Astoria area.

Surviving Tim are his three children, Kim (and Troy) Westlake of Astoria, Jason (and Tanya) Graham of Astoria, and Jamey Graham of Chicago, four grandchildren; Dylan (and Miranda) Westlake, Mackenzie Westlake, Tyler Graham, and Tanner Graham, one great-grandson Asher Graham, and four brothers; Roger (and Linda) Graham of Ipava, Illinois, Monte (and Janet) Graham of Havana, Illinois, Ned Graham of Cuba, Illinois, and Rick Graham of Lewistown, Illinois.

Visitation will be held for Tim on Thursday, February 11th from 5-7 pm. at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Masks are required and social distancing will be in effect. A celebration of Tim's life will follow at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Tim's memory to the Astoria Rescue Squad of the Astoria Lions Club. Private interment will be held at the Summum Cemetery.
