Beth Ann Mason

January 24th, 1951 – April 22nd, 2022

Beth Ann Mason, 71, of Table Grove, IL, passed away at 4:04 pm on Friday, April 22, 2022 at her home. She was born on January 24, 1951 in Macomb, IL, the daughter of Helen Joy Kirkbride. Beth married Terry Eugene Mason on June 28, 1969 in Ipava, IL. Terry preceded Beth in death on June 2, 2021.

She is also preceded by her mother, daughter, Carla Mason, granddaughter, Silvie Yocum, 2 brothers, Dee and Randall Stracker, and sister-in-law, JoAnne Robertson.

Surviving is her son, Todd (and Erin Yocum) of Table Grove, 4 grandchildren, Tyler Mason, Aleena Lossman, Jesse Yocum and Stella Yocum, her nieces and nephews,brother-in-law, Gary Mason, and 2 sister-in-laws, Sharon Stracker and Penni Stracker.

Beth was a homemaker. She also worked at Day & Palin in Lewistown, IL and worked at Farm King in Macomb.

Beth was a graduate of VIT High School in 1969. She was a member of the Table Grove Community Church, a Girl Scout Troop Leader and a Room Mother for her children when they were in school. Beth was a great cook and loved to cook big family meals.

Services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, IL. A visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Harris cemetery in Table Grove. Memorials may be made to the Table Grove Rescue Squad.
