Janice K. Roberts

May 5th, 1951 – May 11th, 2024

Janice K. Roberts, 73, of Augusta, IL, passed away at 4:22 pm on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 5, 1951 in Canton, IL, the daughter of Mark and Edith (Curless) Stambaugh.

Survivors include her daughter; Jodi (and Brad) Ballas of Plymouth, IL, two sons; Jeremy (and Keshia) Heaton of Augusta and Corey (and Constance) Roberts of Plymouth, seven grandchildren; Kaylee (and Eric) Ussery, Sydnie Ballas, Jaise Heaton, Jerik Heaton, Bryson Roberts, Bryleigh Roberts and Hailie Heaton, four great-grandchildren; Brogen Ballas, Eli Ussery, Arlo Ussery and Irlee Ussery, and special friend; Bobby Logan of Blandinsville, IL.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son; Jeff Heaton, grandson; Ian Ballas, and two brothers; Charles and Raymond Stambaugh.

Janice worked at Walmart in Macomb, IL for thirty years, serving as store manager at one time.

Her family was the love of her life along with her dog, Poppy. She loved family gatherings and traveling with her family.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the Golden Good Shepard Home, 101 Prairie Mills Rd, Golden, IL 62339.
