Dear Brad, My mom, Lucile Tipps, lived in Tremont in the same apartment building as Susan for five years. She and Susan became good friends. Mom cooked (Susan loved mom's omelets and biscuits and gravy) and baked and shared with Susan, and Susan brought mom fish from Long John Silver's and iced tea. They watched out for each other and we all grew to love her! We were all saddened to hear of her passing. After mom moved to The Commons in Hopedale, Susan visited her and attended mom's 104th Birthday Open House last July. Susan loved seeing mom's great-great-grandchildren when they visited, especially enjoying Kynleigh when she was a baby. Susan was a nut!! She was a true ray of sunshine and we always laughed with her!! When our cousin, Karen, visited from New York, a stop to see Susan, Trudy and Vickie was always on the agenda! They became good friends, always finding something to laugh about!! I regret that I have a prior obligation on Saturday and we will be unable attend Susan's services. Our deepest sympathy to you, Brad. Please know that you are in our prayers and remember that your momma was loved by many! Carol & Denzil Cain, Lucile Tipps, and Karen Bendix
