Daniel Gossage

October 9th, 1966 – July 30th, 2015

Daniel Gossage, age 48, of Galesburg, IL, passed away at 10:44 pm at his home. He was born on October 9, 1966 in Rushville, IL, the son of William and Madge (Vincent) Gossage. Daniel married Cassie Powell in Galesburg, IL.

Survivors include his two sons, Timothy and Alexander Gossage of Galesburg, IL, one sister, Loretta Surratt of Monmouth, IL, 4 brothers, William Gossage Jr. of Galesburg, IL, Jack Gossage of Vermont, IL, Jimmy (and Ann) Gossage of Galesburg, IL and Tom Gossage of Vermont, IL.

Daniel is preceded death by his brother Joseph Gossage.

He was a cook at restaurant.

Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, IL. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment will be in the Ridgeville Cemetery in Browning, IL. Memorials may be made to the Ridgeville Cemetery.
