Trace R. Pratt

August 10th, 2015 – August 18th, 2015

Trace Robert Pratt, 8 day old son of Nicholas and Anabelle (Tanner) Pratt of Ipava, IL, passed away at 2:30 am Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at his home. He was born on August 10, 2015 in Peoria, IL.

He is survived by his parents, his sister Mallory Pratt at home, grandparents Tracy and Glenda Pratt of Ipava, Nick and Kristin Tanner of Cordova, IL, Jackie Tanner of Cordova, Rob and Jody Force of Beardstown, IL, great-grandparents Daniel and Linda Pratt of Bath, IL, Clara Kay Thompson of Lewistown, IL, Jerry and Jean Force of Beardstown, Frances Tanner of Cordova, and Mark and Donna Meier of Fulton, IL.

Trace was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Robert Tanner, Earl and Bonnie Holt, and Don Thompson, his great-uncle Chad Pratt and great-aunt Andrea Holt.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 21st at 11:00 am at the Freeman Cemetery in rural Lewistown. Pastor Deryck Sonaram will officiate. Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 20th from 5-7 pm at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Memorials may be given to the Children's Hospital of Illinois, c/o OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.
