Rhiannon J. Waters, 44, of Macomb, IL, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026 in Macomb, IL. She was born on September 29, 1982 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Carl and Janis (Cooper) Carlson.
She is survived by her son; River (and Mina Edmondson) Hidalgo of Macomb, two daughters; Riya Waters and Alexia Waters, both of Macomb, parents; Carl and Janis Carlson of Ipava, IL, sister; Glynnis (and Jeff) Coplan of Colchester, IL, and three nephews; Denver, Braden and Holden Coplan.
Rhiannon is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Cremation rites have been accorded. No services have been planned at this time.
